A site that works for everyone.
We serve a community for whom access is the whole point. Our website should hold to the same standard — and when it doesn’t, we want to hear from you.

Our commitment
Inclusive Solutions is committed to making our website usable for people with the widest possible range of abilities. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a baseline, and we work toward Level AAA where it matters most — particularly contrast, readability, and consistent navigation.
What we do
- Plain language. We write at a reading level that meets people where they are. No jargon when a simple word will do.
- Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element on the site is reachable and operable without a mouse.
- Screen-reader friendly. Images carry meaningful alt text, headings are structured logically, and form fields have proper labels.
- Color contrast. Body text meets WCAG AA contrast requirements (4.5:1 minimum). We don’t use color as the only way to convey information.
- Responsive design. Pages work at 200% zoom and on small screens. Touch targets are at least 44×44 pixels.
- Reduced motion. If your system has “reduce motion” enabled, the site honors it — animations are disabled or minimized.
- Form flexibility. The contact form has a field for you to tell us your communication preferences (plain-language replies, AAC user, ASL interpreter, no phone calls) and we follow them.
Where we’re still working
No website is perfectly accessible the day it’s built. We know the following areas need ongoing attention:
- Older photos and PDFs may lack full alt text or accessible text equivalents. We’re working through these.
- Third-party tools we use (payment processor, email service) follow their own accessibility standards, which we don’t control directly. We pick vendors who take this seriously.
- We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit. We plan to.
Need this site in a different format?
We can provide our content — including this page, the services pages, and the privacy policy — in:
- Large print
- Audio recording
- ASL video summary
- Plain-language version
- Translated to Spanish or another language (please ask)
Email contact@inclusivesolutionsnp.org with what you need. There is never a charge for accessibility accommodations. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Found a barrier?
If something on this site is hard to use, broken, or just confusing — please tell us. Real feedback from real users is the best audit we can get.
Email contact@inclusivesolutionsnp.org or use our contact form. In your message, it helps if you can include:
- The page where you ran into the problem (the URL, or just a description)
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The device, browser, or assistive technology you’re using, if you know
We treat accessibility reports as priority work. You’ll hear back from a person — usually within one business day — with either a fix or a clear plan for one.
