Inclusive Solutions helps autistic adults and adults with disabilities in North Carolina find affordable housing. That’s our program. We’re free to members, and we stay with you through the first year.
Affordable Housing Placement
Safe, accessible, genuinely affordable homes across all 100 NC counties — plus a year of leasing support, paperwork help, and a phone you can call.
Who’s eligible
- Adults 18+ with a documented disability or autism diagnosis
- Current NC residence (or planning to relocate to NC within 6 months)
- Income below 60% of area median (we help verify and apply)
- Able and willing to live independently with appropriate support

We’ve built relationships with vetted landlords across NC’s 100 counties — from Asheville to the Outer Banks.
Application & paperwork support
Section 8 vouchers, NC Housing Trust Fund, Targeting Program for People with Disabilities — we know the alphabet soup and we’ll fill it in with you.
12 months of leasing support
We stay through the first lease term. Repair disputes, neighbor issues, renewal paperwork — one phone call away for a full year.
