Paperwork & vouchers, with you
Section 8, NC Housing Trust Fund, Targeting Program for People with Disabilities — we know the alphabet soup and we sit with you while you fill it in.
A full year of leasing support
We stay through the first lease term. Repair disputes, neighbor issues, renewal paperwork — one phone call away for twelve months after move-in.
