Tell us what you’re looking for.
A real person reads every message. We aim to respond within one business day — sometimes the same hour. Phone calls and texts are welcome too.
Before you reach out.
Do your services cost anything?
No. Every program is free to members and their families. We’re funded by individual donations and grants. You will never receive a bill from us.
How long is the waitlist right now?
It varies by region and program. Housing intake is typically 4–6 weeks. We’ll tell you honestly at the first call. Every donation shortens it.
What counts as a “disability” for your programs?
We work with any adult who has a documented disability that affects daily living — autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, traumatic brain injury, serious mental illness. If you’re not sure whether you qualify, just ask.
Can my family member or guardian reach out on my behalf?
Yes. Many of our intakes come from family members, case managers, social workers, and group home staff. We’ll always want to include the person we’ll be working with directly — but we don’t require them to make the first call.
I’m a landlord. How do I get added to your network?
Use the form with “Landlord partner” selected, or call us directly at (919) 915-3496. We screen properties for accessibility and price point, then add them to the list members see.
Can I volunteer or partner with you as an organization?
Yes — use the form and pick “Volunteer” or “Organization partner.” We’ll start with a short call to learn what you’d like to do and where you’re based, then match you to the work that fits.
